This North Scottsdale home enjoys enchanting views of the McDowell Mountains. The front walkway literally connects with a pathway leading to the Desert Camp Recreational Complex, a nine acre indoor/outdoor community recreation facility, which offers a fitness center, a beautiful pool, on-site tennis and basketball courts, height speed internet computer area, several children's play areas and play pool, and many other amenities geared toward family recreation.
Some of the finest golf courses Scottsdale has to offer are only minutes away from the front door. For example, golfing can be enjoyed at Grayhawk, Legend Trail and Troon North.
DC Ranch's Market Street is the heart of this community and reflects a glimpse of the old west. In addition to a supermarket, there are numerous restaurants including Eddie V's, the Edgewater Grille, the Cantina, the Unlikely Cowboy, the Market Street Cafe and a host of other fine restaurants, post office, fire station, and shopping.
This gorgeous 2500 square foot, single level home offers two master bedrooms (king & queen beds), plus a third room which currently serves as another bedroom with two twin beds and a dresser. The home features a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an eat-in-kitchen including a desk and high speed Internet. High vaulted ceilings and a wonderful open floor plan provide optimum livability for your luxury vacation. A formal living room and a formal dining room offer separate seating from the family room, which has a soft leather sofa, a 32-inch high definition TV with cable and a gas-burning fireplace.
There are two master suites located at opposite ends of the home. The larger master suite has a 25-inch high definition TV and a separate exit to the patio. The master bath has a Roman tub, separate walk-in shower, separate his-and-her sink areas, and a large walk-in closet. The second master bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and a master bath with a tub and shower.
Linens, towels, beach towels, patio furniture and an outdoor fire pit are amenities that are provided for a carefree, relaxing stay.
